CLUB ROW CREATIONS LTD (CRC) ETHICS POLICY
This document sets out the fundamental policies upon which CRC operates and defines the manner in which it undertakes its business.
CRC is committed to following social and ethical polices in order to promote equality, minimise environmental damage and improve social well being, and supports businesses and individuals who commit themselves to the same goals.
1. THE ENVIRONMENT
CRC strives to use methods of working, which are beneficial to the environment such as recycling and energy efficiency, and will do whatever they can to minimise detrimental impact on the environment.
CRC is committed to using wherever possible products which are climate neutral and organically and ethically made.
2. HUMAN RIGHTS
It is our policy to respect the human rights of everyone associated with the Company.
CRC will not tolerate harassment or discrimination.
CRC will not cooperate with companies who employ child labour or do not uphold fair labour practices.
3. BUSINESS PRACTICE STANDARDS
CRC is committed to establishing a culture of openness, trust and integrity in business practices. CRC will not tolerate any wrongdoing or impropriety at anytime and will act ethically and responsibly in accordance with laws.
CRC employees will not use corporate assets or business relationships for personal use or gain and are not permitted to receive any gifts, money or entertainment from suppliers and clients which may be regarded as likely to influence decisions or transactions.
CRC does not make any contributions to political parties.
4. HEALTH AND SAFETY
CRC recognises its duty and the benefits of providing safe working conditions and promoting a healthy working environment.
5. LOCAL COMMUNITIES
CRC aims to support local trade and be a responsible partner within our local communities.
6. EMPLOYEES
CRC is committed to high standards of employment practice. It aims to actively engage with employees through an open communication process, to provide a pro-active training and development programme for employees and to maintain a framework of fair and just remuneration policies. CRC also recognises its duty of providing safe working conditions and providing a healthy working environment.

We will respect the confidentiality of information, which we may obtain in relation to clients and their customers.
