Bad service is never excusable. Ever. Especially in the industry of promotional products.
What’s even worse than bad service is when a company doesn’t accept its service is so bad.
A company in America, the largest broadcasting and cable company in the world (by revenue) thinks (or at least one person who works for them thinks) they’re the bee’s knees.
One customer who called to complain about the painfully slow download speed was greeted with, “Thank you for calling Comcast. My name is &^*()$#. How can I make this a Comcastic experience?”
What the… a Comcastic experience?
He ended his Comcastic experience with these Comcastic comments: “I give up. You win Comcast. Not only have I wasted too much time dealing with this stupid problem, I also wasted $100+ on a new modem I didn’t need to buy to begin with. YOU WIN!”
When a customer tried to cancel his internet service, he goes through this hilarious yet painfully frustrating conversation with a customer service person who just won’t give up.
Here’s the hilarious and so frustrating exchange; and be warned, once you start listening it’s almost impossible to stop.
