You may have heard me banging on about customer service and how, good customer service just isn’t good enough.
Good customer service is the absolute least you should expect from a supplier. Think about it; you don’t place your trust in someone enough to expect a poor or average service, do you?
Nope, you expect (or should expect) outstanding customer service that wows you so much you’ll never ever go anywhere else again.
Now some people say you shouldn’t bang your own drum. You shouldn’t go on about how great you are because people will never believe you. And this is true, you’re not going to tell people how rubbish you are, are you? So how can you convince people you really are head and shoulders above most other people in your industry?
Simple; you ask other people to say great things about you…and then tell everyone about it.
Two years ago, our Russ did just that. He asked a new customer if they would do a Google review for us and I have to say, it’s one of the best and generous testimonials we’ve ever had.
It’s that good that I’d like to share it with you now.
Thank you for everything you have done for us so far and keep doing for us in the future.

For someone who is currently juggling an independent business and the marketing department for one major company and another upcoming business, it’s quite vital for us to work with an organisation that has the business mind-set such as ourselves and who is also continuously on the ball – you guys are just that! For us, customer service is a key aspect especially when putting a great deal of trust in you- as a company, I strongly believe this is the key to success and this is the one thing we do look for but so hard to find nowadays!
The quality of your customer service right from the beginning is absolutely outstanding and the quality of your products is next to none- great work all round and the quality of your work really shows in the final production!

My point to all this is that outrageously great customer service is key to being successful these days and that’s what we all should be looking at achieving.
