Keeping in touch with customers and clients is not just a nice thing to do. But it’s essential to the success and growth of any business.
Thanking your customers and clients for the business they give is also not just a nice thing to do – it’s the right thing to do.
An interesting fact is that because most businesses can’t be bothered to thank and keep in touch with new customers or clients. They are losing a fortune in repeat business. I know this because our repeat business increased dramatically when we introduced our Thank You campaign a few years ago.
We regularly send little Thank You presents to our customers and every new customer gets a personal thank you email from me and a really cool black glass etched mug.
Not only that, we actually gift wrap it too – personalised with our customer’s name and the word Thank You repeated in lots of different languages!
